Here’s the story.

On a random Wednesday in june, 58 people showed up on Zoom to help launch a book that didn’t exist nine weeks ago.

That number matters more than you might think.

It wasn’t just a celebration. It was proof of concept.
Proof that your idea doesn’t need five years and a thousand people. It needs movement, the right people, and the right pressure.

I couldn’t have written Just Start without the people who made it feel possible.

People like the ones I met at:

• Bridgeway (the church that gave me rhythm, roots, and room to grow)

• Lifetime (Gym where casual conversations turned into life-altering ideas)

• The Arena (the Monday morning calls around Leadership and Communication)

• BNI (the place that taught me business isn’t about selling. It’s about serving)

• Adam Simpson, (who introduced me to the kinds of people who make dreams move faster)

These aren’t just communities and a consultant… They’re catalysts. They compressed the timeline of my life.

And if I could offer you one takeaway, it’s this:

When you're in the right rooms, things happen faster. You learn from people who’ve done it before. You stop reinventing the wheel. You get introduced to people who see your vision before it’s fully formed. I wondered in march: Could I compress 8-10 months into two by investing in the right people and places? the answer? (Which still surprises me) is YES.

This book isn’t just mine. It’s ours.
It was built on belief, confidence, and the kind of support that shows up on a Wednesday night Zoom call.

Get in the room. Get around the right people. And just start.
