Greatness starts with you.

The question is the answer.

Dear Andre, (30 second read)

I don’t have answers. Just more questions.

3 questions I use when listening to a talk:

When will I use this?

How will I use this?

Why must I use this?

1 question I use when someone's talk is boring:

How is this person managing to bore so many people (then suddenly it becomes interesting again)?

Above questions are from Jim kwiks book Limitless.

here are 5 questions I’m answering this week:

Take time this week to reflect, journal, or discuss these: (my encouragement would be to answer one per day and come back to this email)

1 If you were the best in the world at your current role, what would your daily behavior and results actually look like?

2 What specific price (discipline, sacrifice, habit change) are you currently unwilling to pay for the greatness you say you want?

3 For one person on your team, what role or environment would truly allow their unique greatness to emerge, not just their competence?

4 Where are you asking people to imitate you (or the “model”) instead of helping them become the most authentic version of themselves?

5 What are three small but real wins from this past week that you need to notice and intentionally celebrate to reinforce a culture of greatness?

These (5) questions are from a community I’m a part of called the arena. https://www.skool.com/thearena/about?ref=818bd8145a2c40fba4434d10c695d701

Well, that’s all for now.

PS this is the best thing I’ve listened to this week: https://youtu.be/MNFkbzRyg-w?si=r2HmBVNggbPDe-GT
